چکیده
High fiber levels (165 g neutral detergent fibre (NDF)/kg DM) in Moringa oleifera leaf powder (MOLP) could limit its utilization as a nutraceutical source Jumbo quail diets. Pre-treating MOLP with exogenous fibrolytic multi-enzymes reduce the nutrient-encapsulating effect of non-starch polysaccharides and subsequently increase nutrient bioactive compound utilization. Thus, this study investigated pre-treating dietary an enzyme mixture on some physiological parameters meat quality characteristics quail. A total 396 were randomly distributed to 6 experimental diets, replicate pens each 11 birds per replicate. The diets were: CON = standard grower diet (156.5 NDF /kg) without MOLP; ENZ0 + 10% pre-treated 0.25% (ENZ25), 0.50% (ENZ50), 0.75% (ENZ75) 1% (ENZ100) enzymes. There no significant linear or quadratic effects growth performance carcass response incremental However, neutrophils linearly increased, while breast lightness 24 h hue angle declined levels. Quadratic observed gizzard weights 1 All hemato-biochemical values fell within normal ranges for healthy It was concluded that maximum multi-enzyme application rate may not have been adequate enhance feed positively affect weight gain quail, thus higher need be further.
